Saven – Event Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all in-person events and experiences purchased through savenspace.com (such as workshops, classes, and Sip & Paint events). It does not yet apply to physical products, gift baskets, or digital products.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms below.
1. All Sales Are Final
- All event tickets are non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds if you:
- Change your mind
- Have a schedule conflict
- Are sick or unable to attend
- Forget about the event

Are unhappy with weather, traffic, or other circumstances outside of our control
2. Ticket Transfers (Name Change)
We understand that things come up. If you can no longer attend:
- You may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost.
- Ticket transfers must be requested at least 24 hours before the event start time.
- To transfer your ticket, email us at info@savenspace.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number

Full name and email of the new guest
Once the transfer is confirmed by email, all rights to the ticket pass to the new guest.
3. Late Arrival
- You are welcome to join us even if you are running late.
- However, the event will start and end at the scheduled time. We cannot:
- Restart or extend the event
- Repeat missed sections in full

Offer a refund or partial refund if you miss part of the experience
4. Cancellations or Changes by Saven
In rare cases, Saven may need to cancel or reschedule an event (for example: illness, venue issues, extreme weather, or not enough registrations).
If this happens, you will receive one of the following options:
- A full refund of your ticket price, OR
- The option to transfer your ticket to a new date or a similar event of equal value.
Saven is not responsible for any additional costs you may incur related to a cancelled or rescheduled event (such as transportation, parking, childcare, etc.).
5. Multi-Ticket Purchases & Group Bookings
- If you purchase multiple tickets in one order and one guest cannot attend, the same rules apply:
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- You may transfer that ticket to someone else (Section 2).

- We do not issue partial refunds on group bookings if one or more members of the group cannot attend.
6. Gift Cards, Vouchers & Promo Codes
- Gift cards and promo codes (when available) are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
- Discounts or promo codes cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases once an order is completed.
- If you use a gift card or promo code for an event that is cancelled by Saven, you will receive:
- Either a replacement credit or

A new booking of equal value, depending on the situation.
7. Service Fees & Payment Processing
- Any payment processing fees or currency conversion fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment service are outside of Saven’s control and are non-refundable, even in the rare cases where we issue a refund of the ticket itself.
8. No “Satisfaction” Refunds
Our events are curated with care and intention. We aim to create a warm, welcoming, and elevated experience. However:
- We do not offer refunds based on personal taste or expectations, including (but not limited to) your opinion of:
- The ambience, decor, or music
- The food, drinks, or mocktails
- The art supplies or workshop structure

The other guests or group dynamic
9. Allergies, Dietary Restrictions & Health
- We may serve food and drinks at certain events.
- It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 48 hours before the event by emailing info@savenspace.com.
- We will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- We do not offer refunds if you choose not to consume certain items for personal or medical reasons.
10. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you request a refund directly through your bank or credit card company (chargeback) without first contacting us:
- We reserve the right to provide this policy and your order information to the bank to dispute the chargeback.
- Continued abuse of chargebacks may result in you being blocked from purchasing future Saven events.
11. How Refunds Are Issued (When Applicable)
In the limited situations where Saven does issue a refund (for example, if we cancel an event and you choose a refund instead of a new date):
- Refunds are processed to the original method of payment used at checkout.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer (usually 5–10 business days).
- We cannot issue refunds in cash.
